Located in the heart of Madrid, Parque Móvil del Estado is a huge complex where official cars are parked. The intervention wants to reactivate this space as a place designed with the identity of the neighborhood but also built for the neighbors. The complex is formed by four main spaces: the concrete building, the truss building, the ramp and the office building: four different constructions and one purpose. Our proposal works as a social catalyst, empowering the human relationships. The program consists on a big mixed-use complex where offices, playgrounds, co-working areas, shops, forests and even summer cinema meet together. The ground floor of the concrete building remains free, designing a topography capable of changing the identity of the new Parque Móvil.
