WINNER
The purpose of the contest is the design of 'Banco Malo' Headquarters. We propose a building made of excrements, reflecting all the existing corruption in Spain during the last years of crisis. This headquarters and this bad odor will break down to become a green and fertile area inside the city as a metaphor of the regeneration of the country.

The purpose of the contest is the design of the urban policy from the new (supossed) mayoress of Madrid. We propose a citizen-evolving policy, which recommends hanging out the clothes outside the house, just over the balcony. The benefits of this operation would improve the quality of the public space of the city: the cost of the project is near to 0€; it can be seen as a transparency exercise, destroying all social hierarchy; the citizen is involved in the social answer to the problem; we all would have a good-smelling city (soft rose detergent); the intimacy would be reinvented, talking now about a social intimacy; and finally the façade would get new functions, working as an extension of the domesticity.
